QUESTION

How can I sue my baby's kindergarten?

Asked on Nov 23rd, 2015 on Education Law - Florida
More details to this question:
Hello, I have a concern about kindergarten's food, way of cooking or warming up food, not allowed to see the kitchen and other different devices they use to keep busy the babies while the teachers are busy doing something else.Bringing that up several times and finally got to speak with the director of the private school who start arguing and being extremely defensive saying "ohh it is approved" etc and started a big scandal with a me, the parent of my baby girl! I have been terminated and not allowed to take my baby at that kindergarten and I want to sue them for their way to treat children or parents. Thank you (Miami)

Your question is not very clear. First, you need a reason to sue someone. It is hard to understand why you want to sue from your question. Did you work there and feel that you were unjustly terminated? Do you have evidence that the school is doing something wrong and potentially harming children? Remember, private schools have more leeway than public schools.
