I see that a parent can get sue but what about a school teacher or nurse it doesn't say nothing about them getting sue but quick to sue a parents?

My son got hurt Friday afternoon on their watch (school) it wasn't the teachers fault, but it was no little injure it was a bad one which lead my son to get about 10 stitches on his forehead about his right eye on the eyebrow. Now I left instructions on what to do in case of something serious like that happen in the event I was called around 12:44pm on Friday 2nd of February 2018 now the call didn't come from an school nurse or did the teacher like. I was already on my back to the school cause I had a P.A board meeting when I got the call to hurry up and get to the school when I got to the school I was in the nurses office 5min and my son was crying and she didn't come out and pay him no mind nor did she know that I was there I was scared and almost passed out from what I saw and she didn't call the ambulance after was trying to justify her self which there was no justification in the situations cause my son was sitting there bleeding and badly hurt which was a deep Laceration.
