QUESTION

I was suspended for 5 day.

More details to this question:
I was suspended for 5 days..I go to cosmetology school so they let us work on the public so we can get practice .A client came to the school with her children and I did a service on one of her children.A couple days later the women calls corporate and tells them I gave one of the instructors the middle finger.when the instructor gave me her back,and I did this in front of a 8years old child.The instructor they say i gave the finger too we don't get along. What do I do from here?I did not do this!

You need to look at the policies that are in place in your school.  There must be some kind of discipline policy, and then listed in the policies will be some way to appeal the discipline if you do not agree or feel you have been disciplined unfairly.  Find out if there were any witnesses that said you did this.  Ask the other people who were there to say that you did not do anything.  Try to find out if there was something more presented than just one teacher saying you did something and ask for a hearing.  Good luck.
