My child as been bullied at school so often she now got into a fight and is suspended need to make and appeal and meet with the superintendent and principal I need to know how to go approach this situation ?

This is serious stuff. Do not blow it off. Some people would have a lawyer, others would not. It depends on your ability to rationally present your case for what you expect to happen, and to keep your cool.
