More details to this question:
My child was at daycare and while in the custody of the daycare she received multiple scratches. at a later date i was notified that a teacher held my child hands be hind their back while telling another child to hit and kick my child. i took my child out of that daycare immediately, but now I'm afraid to place her in another daycare so i have to possibly leave my job.
That's not education law because you child is only in preschool. You need to speak to someone about the injury your child received, and if the injuries need to be treated, or you incur costs, those could be your damages. Most importantly, you need to find out why one child was allowed to injure your child, and what is being done to prevent that from happening again.
