My child age 10 in the fifth grade who has an ABA aide injured another childs finger and was suspended for three days. He is classified within the school district. If I choose to send him to a private school can I have that suspension deleted from his record before he applies. We live on Long Island NY.

It can sometimes be worked out with the school district, depending on what you want the district to provide at the private school.
