My 8 year old grandson was sexualy molested by another student during the school hours on school property. This has been happening since the start of the school year. There has been a police reoprt filled out and DCS is involved in the matter. We have no idea how this could have accured with out the teacher or someone at the school not relizing that this was taking place. We feel that there is some liablity on the schools part to keep the childern safe. We are not sure where to go from here.

You should retain a personal injury lawyer in your state to investigate the matter to determine if the school can be held civilly liable. The issue in the case is whether the school officals were on constructive or actual notice of the problem and failed to take steps to protect your grandson in spite of that notice.
