Shared custody with NO court order and the school is taking sides.

More details to this question:
I live in California so im not sure if you could help but the shorty story is there's no court order for custody. My partner & i tryd to notify and engage with the teachers but one teacher is taking sides and now it's affecting his health & compromising the health of the rest off the students.
