QUESTION

terminating the 9-month housing contract

Asked on Nov 04th, 2023 on Education Law - California
More details to this question:
I live in a student dormitory, and the dormitory policy allows for requesting a room change due to medical or health reasons or giving up the entire rent. My roommates play video games every day, even during quiet hours. I have plenty of videos and audio recordings, and I'm feeling really depressed. The dormitory administrator said there's no available space for a room change. I don't want to stay there anymore. Can someone please advise me on what to do?

This comes under my "everyone has a boss" theory.  Find out who the dormitory administer reports too and make an appointment to see them.
