My 8 year old autistic son was pushed by his teacher in school she was sent home and they are doing an investigation they aren't telling me anything I don't even know is she will be allowed back what do I do?

It depends on what you want to happen. If there are no damages from the pushing, and the teacher was suspended, then that is probably the end to it.
