What rights do I have regarding busing issues with my school district?

More details to this question:
My children's bus route has changed putting them on the bus for 30 minutes and at risk for their safety by crossing a well known accident spot just to accommodate 6 children. I have repeated asked for them to be dropped off first especially since we live 5 minutes from the school.

30 minutes is allowed. Up to an hour is legal. You have no claim.
