What type of an attorney do I need to file a lawsuit against a school district?

More details to this question:
My son has been a victim of bullying for two years. The district has offered little help. Because of this, my son is now suffering from Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized anxiety Disorder, and PTSD. He is being seen by a Psychiatrist and Therapist, and is on medication.
