More details to this question:
A trucking company change my fathers address to their address in North Carolina. Apperantely there is another person with my dads name and this company took it upon them self to hold his mail hostage until a bill is paid. My father is 87 years old he does not have a truck company at all. he has been retired for over26 years. I need to hire an attorney to take care of this fraud. I made contact with the postal carrier and they change it back to his address, but he has not receive his mail or his financial statement. The company stated they will not release the mail until they are paid. even that my father is the wrong person. Need help to help him. I am afraid that he can died or stroke out because the stress this has put on him and my mother. Thank you god bless Augie

It seems that your father's mail is being diverted and held hostage by someone who has no right to his mail.  Please speak to the Postmaster about this.  If that does not help, you can also call the Postrmaster General.  I would look over the letters from the trucking company for you if those two will not assist.
