am i exempt from income tax

More details to this question:
i am a 55 year old paraplegic in a wheelchair and mostly bedridden due to unhealable bedsores and i am in genesis at madison center rt. 34, matawan,nj. i have been here for 4 year,. they take my pers pension checks and my social security disabily check. do i file income tax or am i exempt. thank you in advance for your help.

You most likely do not have to file income tax because you earn less than the reporting requirements, and you have many deductible medical expenses.
