Charged with elderly abuse financial

I was charged with elderly abuse dropped two charges the other two were dropped to misdemeanors anyway they charged to pay 8,000 by next year no one listened to me at all I was yelled at I even had strong evidence to prove my innocence but no one wanted to look at they just tossed it a side this was in October last year I was forced and threatened to take plea bargain hell me please I want to open my case and show that’s it’s my uncle who’s doing the elderly abuse I have proof he’s the one who opened the police report and blamed everything on me when he’s the one who was doing the elderly abuse I tried to tell everybody that but they just believed my uncle
