YOu can call 911. You can call for the Manager of the place and report the abuser right then.
Also the Elder Absue Hotilne with the State of Florida is 1-800-96ABUSE. Call and report there - they will investigate.

Report it to the facility and the state long term care ombudsman. If necessary, contact an elder lawyer. You can use the Find a Lawyer function on the website of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (www.naela.org)
