More details to this question:
Father passed away and had a will, mother has her own will, all fathers is in the process of being transferred to mothers will. She has 5 children. 2 of the sons is named as her conservator of person. ONE of the conservators is up to something, and the 4 of us have a clue. In the meantime my mother(who lives alone) has been diagnosed with dementia and is falling a lot and can NOT get up on her own (artificial knees). Us 4 found her one morning on the kitchen floor where she slept? all night. Us 5 have gotten together and decided she needs to have live in care at night and we are hooking up a camera system for the day time, which my mother has money available to her....the ONE conservator says he doesn't want to spend the money, it would be less for us in the end.....can we contact the atty that has both my fathers and mothers wills....we need to know what our rights are for my mothers sake....
