Need someone to be my “Power of Attorney”agent to pay my monthly bills with my Medicare/Medicaid monthly checks. I have no living relatives here in the US. I am 79 years old in an assisted living home. I am a cripple.

You may need a bill paying service. In Central Texas Family Eldercare offers that service. If you are not in Central Texas, ask Family Eldercare who handles that in your area.
