More details to this question:
My brother just got Legal guardianship and was advised to allow my mom to talk to us. He has not complied what can I do. He put a passcode on the line at the hospital, he then took her out of hospital when she it was advised that she needs expensive medical aftercare. He then lied said my POF was not legit and I was was stealing her money.. This was an order. Everything about this was horrible. What can I do if he does not comply to this order

While a guardianship often supercedes a POA (read the Order), only your mother can decide with whom she will speak (unless there is exploitation, neglect or abuse).  Contact the court and Adult Protective Services.
