More details to this question:
I need to know how to show my family member is no longer competent. I have all powers of attorney- but need to remove their own power for decisions. I have already paid lawyers for the powers and documents I have- so I just need to know how to have their competency assessed now that their abilities are extremely limited mentally and physically
