More details to this question:
The office manager has harassed me since April about wearing a mask. I’m exempt. She called health department on me.. I was told she can’t force me. She then told me I’m not to speak to neighbors.. then she screamed at me they’re all afraid of me. I called Boston and a woman who works with John Collins ( I believe he’s an advocate for us) and she was going to call the manager. She didn’t speak to me or bother me again Until. today. I was entering the bldg and she made a unprofessional nasty remark to the new office person. I replied “ I heard that” can something be done ?

Yes.  Wear a mask when you are outside of your apartment and limit your trips out.  Recent evidence shows that you are endangering yourself as well as others.
