My estranged husband passed away. I have no idea where his assets or money are. Or if he had a will. All I know is that he inherited money from one of his brothers that passed away. We were still legally married, just separated. Also, I was the decision maker of his care while in a nursing/rehabilitation facility. I have a question as to why he was no longer able to walk. Was he that ill or was he neglected. Please help.

You should contact your local bar association and ask for a probate attorney referral. Most probate lawyers will handle the case from start to finish and agree to get paid once the case is concluded.
