More details to this question:
My Dad passed away on March 12 2013 .My brothers where named head of the wills and they hired an Elder Lawyer to help my Mom. I have lived with my parents for over 20 years , when my Dad became disabled with Demetia and was unable to drive I had to drive my Mom and Dad to doctor appointments and every other interaction. I viewed the Last Will of my Mothers and I was not mentioned in the will. My oldest Brother and my younger brothers are mentioned. My mothers attorney edler lawyer is in Florham Park NJ. I have asked to see the entire will but the members of the family feel I shouldn't be involved. Since March of this year my family members have become very distant towards me. I have to shop drive my mother to appointments and take care of her. I think I deserve to be mentioned in the will. Please contact me for a possible answer

Your family members should not be involved either.  ask your mother to see her will and ask her why you are not included.  If the other family members are controlling mom's will and won't let her see it either, maybe she needs to write a new will and revoke the old one.   There is a possibility that your mother has provided for you outside of the will, either will real property or another asset that has a beneficiary deisgnation and does not pass through the will.  however, the first place this conversation should start is with your mother. Good luck !
