my mom is 78 my sister in 2017 somehow convinced my mom to make her POA close her bank account open a new one then get a lawyer to have my mom sell house to my sister for 1$ my mom has a little dementia is diabetic takes meds At the time my mom did this she was easy to convince the day she signed house to my sister a test result came back she has some dementia my sister knew this i am her son im 55 im on disability cant work have physical limitations my mom helps me my sister wants us to move in 30 days she knows we cant afford or physically do this my sister is wanting my mom to buy the house my dad left her after he died in 2017 what legal action can we do to stay at the house not move my sister would rent house to mom but i must move away my sister knows we cant afford to buy the house get a loan Looks to me my sister took advantage of my mom at a bad time to gain the house then sell house 3 years later
