More details to this question:
I signed a lease at Embark Senior Living. I was not told how much the monthly food charge would be. I I am being charged $600, whereas other residents are being charged $300 and $350. I pay more by at least $250. No one can eat $600 a month food. I tried by purchasing as much as I could and giving the extra to the homeless. I still did not use all $600 a month. I believe the staff at Embark are using the left over food money to give themselves raises, to use the leftover money for other areas of their budget. Also, I asked 2 administrators if my disabled son could live with me if he lost his job or was told to leave the place where he lives. I pay $1000 of his expenses each month. The 2 administrators said absolutely yes, but then the lease said a limited amount of 7 days consecutively. What I was told and what I signed in good faith based on what I was told are different. When I moved into Embark Senior Living, I was told that the rent would go up 6% to 11%. I cannot pay
