She refuses to give me my mail which contains checks and all kinds of personal matters. I don't want to go into that office and have a dispute I just want to get my mail what do I do?

Send a letter certified mail, return receipt requested. Consider contacting your local Alternative Dispute Resolution Center. If neither of these approaches works, contact a local attorney. Meanwhile, be sure that your mail is redirected to you. You might also want to change accountants.
