my dad is 81 years old and married to a 53 year old lady for 3 years what can i do to help him ?

i am my dads provider and she has been verbally abusive to my dad mentally and physically abusive he is also blind in the left eye and has the bottom part of vision on the right eye , she has ruined his credit open up card with out his consent she has done a lot with out his knowledge, and now she wants to take his house from him, what can i do to stop her? my dad has been taken advantage because of his age and was misled by her

While this may be a predatory marriage, what you can do turns on whether you father had legal capacity when he married, whether he has legal capacity now and whether you are his agent under a Durable Power of Attorney and whether she is. You may want to discuss your alternatives with an elder lawyer.
