MY sister in GA took my father from NY to live and all of his funds are missing.

She told him he could only show $2.000 in assets, opened 2 bank accounts moving monies back and forth between them. We have bank printouts of all 3 of his accounts. She used the money to pay a mortgage payment, pay off credit card bills which he did not have accounts for. Airline tickets to places he did not go. spa visits, mattress sets, restaurants tabs and I could go on and on. He moved back to NY last year and tried through a local attorney to retreive his antique furniture and hiws and his deceased wife''s jewelry even sending a moving van after a local lawyer wrote to her and she refused to releae his furniiture, etc. to the movers telling them that her mother (who had alzheiners disease the last 5 years of her life) gave them to her. My father died very recently and she had not spoken to him or acknowledged him in any way over the last year of his life. He made a new will last year and cut her out of it. What type of lawyer do we need to pursue this.
