QUESTION
My uncle is refusing to let my grandmother talk for or visit with us. My mom's called police to help but they won't even do a proper welfare check.

Uncles e tremblay jealous of me being grandma is my best friend, so he set me up and told me she died an hung up while I was out of town. Knowing my response he recorded my call back that said that's not even funny an I'm gonna kill k his ass when I see him. He's 6'3 280 I'm 5'66 and couldn't even . But took me to court 4 months later after receiving my grandma's house as a gift because shes 96 yes old and he's 65 an never moved out. Took me to court an got a restraining order against me. Separating us an preventing me from taking care of the only person that matters in my whole life. He's caused grave emotional pain and has lied to my finance company threatening them with letters saying I'm fraudulent an demanded they investigate me. harassing them weekly with letters and phone calls for 3mo. Which put me way behind in payments Till they saw the truth , . Same with my car company but causing so much conf the finance manager lost her job even though NOTHING WAS WRONG

Only your grandmother can decide who she does and does not see, who she talks to on the phone or does not accept calls from -- unless that person has abused or exploited her. If you are certain that your grandmother would like contact with you despite your relationship with your uncle, report your fear that he is isolating her to Adult Protective Services.
