Power of Attorney

More details to this question:
My mother had my brother made her financial power of Attorney , my brother has since passed away. Does the POA become null and void. She will now have to set up a new POA?

If your mother's Durable Power of Attorney did not name a successor agent, she must grant authority to a new agent in a new Durable Power of Attorney.
