Years ago, I signed over my house to my x-husband so he could obtain a reverse mortgage. The legal paperwork was created that if he ever leaves the house or dies, the house comes back to me. He now has dementia and is preparing to enter a facility for long term care. I do not know where to begin or what my legal standing is with the house. I need help navigating this problem.
