i am 67 y/o husband is 69. one son 26 y/o. own farm and want son to get everything when we die. would to keep it ours but dont want to loose everything to long-term care if one or both require it. live in ky. what to do? also dont really want son to get everything at once as may just sell and blow $. then have nothing. anyway around all this. We also own several vehicles
