what crime is it to make fake power of attorny papers

my sister made fake power of attorny paper on my mom my mom told the doctors she didn't want my 2 sister over her doctor read the paper and said the papers was no good my mom went to another hospital she had the same papers and they (the hospital) used the paper she took my mom out of the hospital and put her in hospice i told the hospital that the papers was fake and to call the other doctors to explain it that hospital did not call but told my sister then my mom is all of sudden dead
