QUESTION
What kind of Lawyer do I need to get a new will made and to get our Daughter to be in charge of our affairs if we cannot any longer do so?

More details to this question:
My husband and I are getting older and I want to make sure someone is responsible for our stuff in case we can't. Also I want to add our daughter to our bank accounts so she can pay bills and such in case we are unable to.
