What to do if will is not updated to include the married spouse?

More details to this question:
Married 8 months, husband is sick and he didnt have a chance to update will to include wife. Everthing directed at son. What if husband passes?is there anything I can do? I am the wife.

If the Will does not incude the wife, she will not inherit under it.
Ask your husband to contact an estate planning attorney.
