QUESTION

when a deed transfer is done legally, does this automatically include the furniture ?

More details to this question:
My mother wanted me to have her home and the deed was transferred to me in 2016. I became her guardian in 2018 due to the severity of dementia. I am her 24/7 caregiver with annual reports for her income/spending for her needs along with an inventory report and annual status report for the probate court. Does the furniture of this home belong to me or my mother? My mothers estate will be divided equally 50/50 with my sister(if we are both alive) when the sad day comes. Furniture was not mentioned on the deed transfer and her money is in a guardianship account which falls under her estate. This is in the state of Georgia. I'm filling out the inventory list now and always wondered about the furniture that belonged to my mother. Thank you
