More details to this question:
Parents live in Hattiesburg, MS, Dad (80yrs) just got diagnosed with beginning stages of Alzheimer's they own home, not sure of how much money they have in bank. They have no will, bought a will kit that you make out on your own (I am strongly opposed to it). I want Mom to be protected from losing home/assets. Dad reluctant to do anything. What do I do?.
