Will Contest

I filed a probate. Due to a brother. Who is submitting a invalid Will. I want to contest. My mom made a revovated will. But he is not submitting it. The recent will says I get mostly all assets. I ex parte for medical records. Granted by the Judge. His attorney says they dont have the records. I have texts from him. Stating he will give me everything in the house. Thats stated on the Will. And give me the medical records. If I waive my rights as a heir. He doesnt want the judge to see what they have done. Double poa abuse. He was revoked poa. Mom had a full recovery but. They went against her and hastened her with motphine. Mom is allergic to morphine. They informed me infront of witnesses that the poa was transferred back to him. After hospital found out. That the poa was invalid. Date occurred in January 12,2017. I need to file a claim. Contest will. Request a jury trail. Undue the influence. Seponoa documents.
