How do I go about modifying a subpoena?

If this was a result of an illegal download you should consult with an attorney who specializes in intellectual property because the potential liability is significant.

I"m not sure what you mean by "modifying a subpoena." You can subpoena a person to appear or for documents to be made available by submitting a motion to the court in which the suit was filed.
