More details to this question:
I have many ideas for tv series but when i look at some production companies websites they say i need a lawyer or solicitor to represent me or they wont read it, i just want to know if there are specific lawyers for this or will any lawyer do it and on average how much will it cost?

You definitely want to find a lawyer who specializes in entertainment law. Submitting ideas for tv shows is tricky, and that is why production companies want to deal with a lawyer - to protect themselves from being accused of stealing an idea.
