She has no control over you. The executor is to implement the wishes spelled out in the will, no more. If she refuses to follow the terms of the will, then you can get her removed.

Depends upon the terms of the Will or Trust. Speak with an attorney who can review the estate planning documents.

More information is needed. What does the Will say? Assuming the Will has been admitted to probate, the Will determines what happens with your inheritance. Your cousin may or may not have any say. You need to get a copy of the Will to an attorney to review it with you.

She can't tell you how to run your life. The will might have left your share in trust with some requirements for you. Get a copy of the will.

If you are considered an adult of legal age (which varies by state), your cousin should not have any say over your activities. However, there may be a number situations which would allow your cousin to have some influence over your affairs, such as if he or she serves as trustee over funds left in a trust to you by your parents or if you have certain physical or mental disabilities that make it difficult for you to take care of yourself.

You are an adult under the law. You run your own life. If there's a dispute about your parents' estate, you need to hire an attorney to protect your interest.
