A trustee of an irrevocable trust is required to provide an annual accounting pursuant to Colorado law. If this is a trust covered by this law, then the trustee can be compelled to provide accounting by the probate Court. You should consider filing a Demand for Notice with the Court and then contacting an attorney who specializes in trust litigation about what rights you may to file a Petition with the Court to compel accounting.
