My fiance is 15 years old. We have a son, and shes pregnant again. She doesn't feel supported in her home and she gets depressed with it. I had to leave town for a job however i am only thirty minutes away, I cant be there to give her the support she needs. I need to know if i can get her emancipated from her parents so she can come live with me and feel supported like she and the babies need.
