More details to this question:
doesn't respond or show up? He owes over $10,0000. The probation tried to enforce an order but they could not verify his address. Also, he is also a reservist in the Army. The appellate division ordered that he pay legal fees to me over a year ago and he has not complied. My motion requests owed child support and legal fees he was already ordered to pay. Can he just ignore what he owes? Would there be any repercussions if he ignores the court?
