More details to this question:
My daughter and her husband no longer love each other and are talking about a divorce. They have been married for 6 yrs and have a 5 yr old son. The house is in the husbands name.. They don't want a tough divorce but what is she entitled to as far as the house and for her son? There isn't a lot of equity in the house so they would like to make this as easy as can be with no arguing.
