More details to this question:
I got my husband phone bill about 2 months ago and found out that he'd been talking to another female. Tonight I was found grouch his phone and found several text messages where they've met up to have sex, sexual comments made etc.. My question is could I file for divorce based k this info and if so could I get a subpoena for his cell phone records and text messages?

The short answer to your questions is YES! But, cell companies do not store text data. You'll need to print them off from his telephone.
