I have no idea what the terms of your divorce settlement agreement provided for but presumably you waived alimony or the judge handling your divorce matter asked you if you were waiving alimony. Presuming my understanding is correct, you would need to show a change in circumstance from the time of the divorce or you would need to show that the terms of the settlement agreement are unconscionable. Simply saying that someone from a divorce center was not available to meet with you at the time you signed the agreement, etc is not a legal basis for reexamination of an alimony waiver.
