My wife and I have been married for 6 years but have been together for 13 years. 2 years before we married she purchased a home by putting the down payment from her own funds. We left my name off of the title secondary to credit issues and how it would affect our monthly payments. Since we have lived here we both have paid half the mortgage and half the cost of any repairs or upgrades. We are now unfortunately filing for a divorce. Am I entitled to any of the property? Thanks

Talk to a local CA attorney but in PA it is marital property regardless of who is on the deed as long as it was purchased during the marriage.
