I'm in Pennsylvania. He wants me to pay half the debt and give him money for one of the trucks.

Generally, the husband and wife share in the assets as well as the debts. Its not always 50/50. It can be 60/40, 70/30 as it is up to what you negotiate or what the judge ultimately finds. To really answer this, you need to review your entire situation with an attorney.
