Okay well I don't know how detailed I need to get with this post ; ) I will jump right in.. I have been a custodial parent since 2010 and I have been going thru (@!%%) with the mother! She has gone and far as Threatening my family, to lying under oath, to supervised visitations and visitation being shortened to as far as 2 hours twice a month, to kidnapping!!!! I mean u name it and I've been thru it..... I mean she didn't see her or call or anything for 4 years one time and still my daughter holds her on a pedestool!! She's 27,000 dollars behind on back child support and since 2010 till about 3 months ago we (my daughter and I) haven't received a penny. So for the last 3 month I have received two 90 dollar deposits and which were 200 dollar child support payments but Office of Attorney General (OAG) kept 110 dollars from both payments which is a totally different subject!! Moving on... But I called OAG and they seem to not want to enforce Child support but if it were the other way???

Like you say, if it was the other way around they will be coming after you like a butcher chasing a chicken. Anyhow, I personally believe going after the mother through court might work to your advantage.
